About FindOkay
Our wellness approach
FindOkay is a wellness and self-reflection tool. Our AI voices are designed for private, on-demand conversations grounded in timeless wisdom traditions — not clinical care.
What we are
- A reflective conversation partner built from the writings and philosophies associated with historic voices.
- A journaling, values-sorting, and grounding voice drawn from Stoicism, positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive reframing.
- An on-demand space to think out loud between — or entirely separate from — professional care.
What we are not
FindOkay is not therapy. It is not counseling, psychiatry, psychology, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not create a therapist–patient, clinician–patient, or clinical relationship of any kind.
Our voices do not claim to be the historic figures whose writings inspired them. Each is built from the writings and philosophies associated with that voice — an interpretation, not the person.
FindOkay is not a crisis service. If you or someone you love is in danger, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741, or call 911. More options are on our crisis resources page.
How we work
You share what's weighing on you. A voice listens, asks reflective questions, and offers grounding practices. Your conversations are saved to your account so you can return to them, and they are not shared with insurers, employers, or clinicians. You can delete any thread from your account page.
When to seek professional care
Please reach out to a licensed clinician if you are experiencing symptoms that interfere with daily life, thoughts of harming yourself or others, substance-use concerns, or any situation where professional judgment is warranted. FindOkay can sit alongside that care as a reflection partner — it does not replace it.
