What we're not a fit for
FindOkay is a reflection tool. It is not therapy, not medical or psychiatric care, and it does not diagnose, treat or manage any condition. There's a long list of things people reasonably search for that we deliberately do not build voices around — because they need a licensed human being.

Where to go instead
A licensed clinician, your doctor, or a specialist service in your country is the right next step for anything above. If your health plan or employer offers counselling, that is usually the fastest route. Directories such as findahelpline.com can point you to trained human support wherever you are.
