What we're not a fit for

FindOkay is a reflection tool. It is not therapy, not medical or psychiatric care, and it does not diagnose, treat or manage any condition. There's a long list of things people reasonably search for that we deliberately do not build voices around — because they need a licensed human being.

If you are in crisis right now

Please reach out to one of these resources immediately:

  • US & Canada: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). In immediate danger, call 911.
  • US text option: text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).
  • UK: Samaritans — call 116 123. In immediate danger, call 999.
  • Ireland: Samaritans — call 116 123. In immediate danger, call 112 or 999.
  • Elsewhere: findahelpline.com lists trained listeners by country.

Where to go instead

A licensed clinician, your doctor, or a specialist service in your country is the right next step for anything above. If your health plan or employer offers counselling, that is usually the fastest route. Directories such as findahelpline.com can point you to trained human support wherever you are.

What we can help with

Everyday life: anxious thinking, burnout, grief, boundaries, work decisions, parenting, endings, faith and doubt, identity and belonging.
